Medical Advice & Emergency

Our consultations provide personalised medical guidance, not a substitute for emergency care. For emergencies, call local emergency services immediately.

Bookings & Attendance

  • Provide accurate information when scheduling or consulting.
  • Arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten or reschedule the session.
  • Tele-consults require a stable internet/phone connection and a private space.

Fees, Payments & Invoices

  • Fees are as displayed/communicated during booking or at the clinic.
  • Payments are due at booking or at the time of service, as applicable.
  • Invoices/receipts are shared electronically or at the desk.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Reschedule at least 12 hours in advance (subject to slot availability).
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.

No-Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed or a consultation/service has occurred. Please review our detailed No-Refund Policy.

Prescriptions & Follow-up

Prescriptions, if any, are provided at the doctor’s discretion. Follow-up visits may be advised for monitoring and adjustments.
